The coaches are supportive, music Clique Aqui is motivational, people are great and they switch up the movements constantly so I never get bored. I love my gym.

But now I LOVE THIS GYM! That being said, I’ve been working out since I was 15 and know all the equipment etc. For a newbie who they say they are catering to it might be a little harder because they sign you up and send you on your way.
I wish they had the wipes for the machines instead of spray and paper towels, but you can’t win them all.
